Goodyear Valleyfield Site

2600 Bd Monseigneur-Langlois, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, QC

POIRIER is redeveloping the former Goodyear industrial site, a major property located along one of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield's main thoroughfares.

The project calls for 1.5 million square feet of commercial land along Mgr-Langlois Boulevard and 4.5 million square feet of industrial land toward the rear of the site. This phased development will create new opportunities for retailers, service providers and industrial businesses in the region.

Goodyear will continue operating in part of the plant while unused areas are prepared for future phases of the project.

A new commercial and industrial hub is taking shape in Valleyfield.
